Seotember Trails is here!!!! This month we are breaking up the normal routine of going to the gym and moving our fitness endeavors outside! This months challenge is to visit as many different trails as you can in your area and jog,walk, or bike it. Snap a picture and make sure to @become_royalty and use the #septembertrails. There are many activities that can be enjoyed on trails, but the benefits of trails can be much more than this. These include making it possible to combine the morning commute with a relaxing bike ride, or a safer way to travel in the neighborhood. Along with this are the health benefits of using a trail. Many health professionals believe access to trails will encourage people to walk and ride their way to better health.
